The personal attacks of Amanda Bynes are going all the way to President Obama! Bynes has routinely used her Twitter account in recent months to call an endless list of celebrities "ugly," but this time she's directing her Twitter venom to the most powerful man in the country and his wife. Bynes posted a single tweet this morning which said, "Barack Obama and Michelle Obama are ugly!"

Of course, it could be possible that Bynes is still upset that Obama didn't do anything to help her out with the DUI and hit-and-run charges she received last year. In June 2012, she tweeted the President and said, "Hey @BarackObama...I don't drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end." Obama never responded to the tweet request by Bynes or publicly commented on it.

The Obamas are just another pair in a long list of public figures that Bynes has called ugly, including Zac Efron, Miley Cyrus, Drake, Jay-Z, Jenny McCarthy and Dr. Drew. She also referred to model Chrissy Teigen as "old" and N'Sync member Lance Bass as "washed up." Her most controversial tweet was directed toward Rihanna, when she tweeted the pop star and said that "Chris Brown beat you because you're not pretty enough."

However, it seems that Bynes could also be insecure about her own appearance. The 5-foot-8 Bynes said her goal is to weigh 100 pounds and that she is currently at 114, which is already considered underweight. Bynes underwent two nose jobs in a week last month, in addition to having her breast implants taken out so that she could return to her normal A-cup. She claimed to have had the procedures on her nose in order to remove a webbing between her eyes, which she described as a birth defect.

A source reportedly told close to Bynes told Radar Online that she was becoming addicted to the "confidence" she gained from each surgical procedure. The source also said that Bynes’ previous departure from the public eye in recent years was due to being insecure about her appearance, but that she looked forward to being in front of the camera to launch her reported rap career with Waka Flocka Flame.

Despite the criticism, Bynes seems more than willing to become her generation’s spokeswoman for going under the knife. “Surgery is a complete miracle for me – nothing can hold you back from living your dreams! There’s a surgery for everything that’s wrong with you!” she wrote.

Bynes is due in court next week to address the drug charges filed against her month when she was arrested for marijuana possession, attempted evidence tampering and reckless endangerment.
