Hold onto your broomstick, Fiona, because the ultimate white witch is about to make her magical debut on American Horror Story: Coven. That’s right, “Landslide” lovers! Stevie Nicks will be gracing Season 3 of our favorite spooky FX show. But will the 65-year-old Fleetwood Mac play herself, a witch or both?

On Tuesday, Nov. 12, American Horror Story co-creator Ryan Murphy confirmed that Nicks was joining the Season 3 cast. “Guess who's visiting the Coven? The legendary Stevie Nicks!” he wrote on Twitter, getting nearly two thousands retweets and favorites. Since the announcement, no further details of Nicks’ casting have been released.

But actress Lily Rabe, who plays the bohemian babe Misty Day, explained just how excited she was to channel her inner role model and possibly get to act alongside her. During an interview with Vulture in mid-October, Rabe talked about her obsession with Stevie Nicks admitting she might combust at the chance of getting to speak to her. Good thing Misty is the witch of resurgence because her dream is about to come true!

“Well, I’m pretty obsessed with her, too,” Rabe said of her “Stevie-centric” love for Nicks. “It’s been delicious. It’s not that Misty just wants to look like Stevie or listen to her music. She’s quite isolated and lonely, and she has this love affair with Stevie. Stevie is her idol and the lyrics are her mantras that she lives by. She’s looking for someone to help her understand why she is the way she is, so in that way her soul is nourished by Stevie. It’s not a superficial obsession, it’s a deep love. And yes, you will see some shawls.”

Speaking of shawls, we can’t wait to see the ensembles Nicks sports during her American Horror Story debut. We can see it now —  platform boots, top hats and sparkling crystals draped from around her neck. Swoon! “I don’t really freak out about many people, but even talking about her right now my cheeks are turning red,” Rabe admitted. “She’s a really big deal to me. To everyone. But yeah, Ryan and Stevie are e-mailing, and so she’s very aware of what we’re doing. Yes, there are plenty of things you can read about people having these theories about the witch thing, but I don’t know anything about that. Certainly it was something she was interested in and wrote about in her songs.”
