Is Ashton Kutcher’s feud with Charlie Sheen finally over? The latter actor apologized to the Two And A Half Men star on Thursday after repeatedly slamming his replacement on Twitter.

Charlie Sheen’s apology came after Ashton Kutcher spoke on Jimmy Kimmel Live about their feud. Kutcher told the host that he was tired of Sheen calling him out on social media.

"Dude, shut the f--- up!" Ashton Kutcher said of Charlie Sheen. "Seriously, like. Enough already. Like it's like three years later, and you're still blowing me up on Twitter. Come on dude, really?"

On Thursday, Charlie Sheen tweeted his apology to Ashton Kutcher, perhaps in an attempt to end their feud for good.

“Ashton message received,” Charlie Sheen wrote, presumably after seeing Kutcher on Jimmy Kimmel. “so sorry u sounded like me! well done! my bad I was pissed at other crap & took it out on you. hope u r good xox c.”

UPDATE: It seems Charlie Sheen's truce with Ashton Kutcher did not last long. Per TMZ, Sheen's apology came before he saw Kutcher's appearance on Jimmy Kimmel.

After Sheen watched it, he tweeted, "but news flash Dood, you ever tell me to shut the F*** up, EVER again, and I'll put you on a hospital food diet for a year. c #YaFeelMe Jr?." So apparently the feud continues.

Charlie Sheen has publicly feuded with Ashton Kutcher ever since the latter actor took over the lead role of Two And A Half Men. Sheen previously starred on the CBS series until he was fired in 2011 after bizarre behavior off-camera. Shortly after Kutcher was announced as Sheen’s replacement, the current Anger Management star slammed Warner Bros. and CBS' casting decision.

"Enjoy the show America,” Charlie Sheen told TMZ. “Enjoy seeing a 2.0 in the demo every Monday, WB." Clearly, Sheen felt that the ratings for Two and a Half Men would tank without him on the show.

But that same day, Charlie Sheen seemingly stopped his feud with Ashton Kutcher. Sheen tweeted a congratulatory message to the new Two and a Half Men star.

#Winning Congrats to the cast and crew...CBS & WB..!” Sheen wrote. “My best to @aplusk !! The show must go on... You got the right guy!”

But Charlie Sheen feuds do not end so easily. In 2012, the actor again slammed Ashton Kutcher during an appearance on TMZ Live.

"I'm tired of lying,” Sheen said.... I'm tired of pretending the show doesn't suck ... I'm tired of pretending Ashton doesn't suck."

However, in that same interview, Charlie Sheen claimed his feud was not with Ashton Kutcher, but with the writers of Two And A Half Men.

"It's nothing personal,” Sheen continued. “ ... I just feel bad for him ... he's saddled with such bad writing.”

Indeed, Charlie Sheen later apologized to Kutcher for his TMZ comments, making us believe the actors’ feud was over for good.

“Dear Ashton — My bad,” Sheen wrote on his WhoSay page in 2012. "I was disrespectful to a man doing his best. I got excited and threw you into a crossfire. The rest of my statement I stand behind. You, however, deserve better. Safety in your travels good sir.”

Still, Charlie Sheen certainly sounded like he still was feuding with Ashton Kutcher when the FX star slammed his replacement in a series of tweets last month. The latest chapter of this fight began when Sheen complimented his former Two And A Half Men co-star Jon Cryer, who still remains on the series.

“hey Jon!!!” Sheen tweeted alongside a photo of Cryer and Kutcher. “u r a GENIUS!!! I effin love and MISS YOU old pal! Q; who's your lame side-kik?”

And while Charlie Sheen apologized for this tweet, he could not help but get in one last diss during this Ashton Kutcher feud.

“hey Ashton sorry bro all good,” Sheen wrote on Twitter. “now quit barfing on my old brilliant show. Remember Punk'd? how duz it feel?”
