Chris Pratt's weight loss journey has been well-documented the last few years. And he has been looking seriously fit while promoting Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2!

Pratt recently took to Instagram to post a video of him and his stylist Annie using a hairdryer on his T-shirt. “Next time … Put the deodorant under the man boobs. Getting all heated up and passionate about #gotgvol2 #WHATSMYSNACK,” he wrote under the video.

Pratt recently spoke to Men's Fitness about how he slimmed down. He explained that he trains seven days a week now. He works with battle ropes and medicine balls, and he does CrossFit and Tabata HIIT. He also likes to add in vinyasa hot yoga. He’s even training for a triathlon right now.

And he did have to take things up a notch for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. “It’s always good to know the day that you’re going to be shirtless because you can really plan to try and peak that day, you know what I mean?” he told ET. “I have a whole routine that I took from this guy who is, like, a bodybuilder guy, you know, like a guy who does competitions.

He added, “And I also was a wrestler back in the day, where I would learn how to dehydrate myself to cut weight, but … that was to create a low body weight, it wasn’t to create an aesthetic. So I have a routine that takes about a week and it involves dehydration coming off of carbohydrates.”

Pratt also documents his healthy eating habits with his hilarious “What’s My Snack” Instagram posts. In order to lose the weight, Pratt went on a strict diet created by nutritionist Phil Goglia.

It's a far cry from the chubby Andy Dwyer we knew from Parks and Recreation. But for Pratt, it’s all about staying healthy.

“When I was fat and unhappy, the only moments of respite I got were when I was eating. I felt great shoveling food down my neck and totally negative in between,” he previously said. “Now mealtimes are sometimes lame, because that’s the way it can be when you’re eating healthily. But all the time between meals, I feel great.”
