Chrissy Teigen’s post-baby body is amazing! But her weight loss journey hasn't been easy.

Teigen will appear in the 2017 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. She had stepped away from modeling to concentrate on having a healthy pregnancy. And she didn't feel any pressure to drop the pounds after giving birth to daughter Luna 10 months ago.

“I had something much more important going on than how my body looked,” she explained to People. “I wanted to get back to being active and healthy again, but I wasn’t going to obsess about it. I worked out I took care of myself, but I didn’t obsess about it.”

Now Teigen’s back in the modeling game, but she admits her body has changed. “I’m comfortable with my body, but I know that it will never be the same,” she said. “Luna has changed a lot about my body. My bones feel a bit weaker, my back, my everything. But I’m OK with it. I have this little face to look at all the time. Whatever happened to my body, it’s completely worth it.”

Teigen has famously been open about her body. She even shows off her stretch marks on social media. But Teigen has been fat shamed in the past. She was criticized for her large baby bump was when she was pregnant.

But Teigen doesn’t care about the haters. And she looks better than ever! So what are her secrets to losing the baby weight? She keeps a healthy diet and strict fitness regimen. She also stayed healthy and active during her pregnancy, so she was able to bounce back quickly.

“I worked out more pregnant that I ever did not pregnant!” she previously said. “So for me, to be able to come back after wasn’t a concern.”

Of course, Teigen admits it’s easier for celebs to lose weight. “Anyone in the public eye, we have all the help we could ever need to be able to shed everything,” she said. “So I think people get this jaded sensation that everybody’s losing it so quickly, but we just happen to be the ones who are out there. We have nutritionists, we have dietitians, we have trainers, we have our own schedules, we have nannies. We have people who make it possible for us to get back into shape. But nobody should feel like that’s normal, or like that’s realistic.”
