Gigi Hadid’s abs are so toned! And she looks thinner than ever in her latest photos. So what are the model’s diet and exercise secrets?
Gigi recently wore Sally LaPointe cashmere sweatpants and a matching crop top while out in NYC. The outfit put her abs front and center.
So what does Gigi do instead? Back in July, her trainer Rob Piela spoke to Vogue about how Gigi got her amazing abs. “It’s all about how hard you work and how much you put in – Gigi is a hard worker,” he said. “Staying fit is all about consistency. Don’t miss workout days; don’t get lazy in the winter.”
Gigi and Rob, who owns Gotham Gym and Gotham G-Box, have been working together for over two years. Gigi mixes things up with different workouts, but she particularly loves boxing.
“When I walk in [to Gotham Gym], it’s like my big brothers,” Gigi previously said. “The don’t care about me as a model or what my body looks like. They care that I give a good punch, and that’s how I want to be judged in my athletic space, because that’s what I find pride in.”
Gigi suffers from a thyroid condition called Hashimoto’s disease, which affects her metabolism. But she also stays thin by keeping a healthy diet. “I can eat healthy when I want to and I can work out every single day and I can have the body for a certain runway show if I need to, but that doesn’t mean that I’m doing it in an unhealthy way,” she explained.
