Irina Shayk lost the baby weight in record time. And though we're just a tiny, little bit jealous. We're also in complete awe.
Shayk just made her first red carpet appearance since giving birth. She looked so skinny in her yellow Atelier Versace gown at the Hikari premiere at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival. The curve-hugging dress showed off her stunning hourglass shape and gorgeous gams.
It’s hard to believe that Shayk gave birth to her daughter Lea de Seine in March. Now fans are wondering how she shed the weight so quickly.
She was previously seen going to a private pilates class to get back into shape. And she tries to eat as healthy as she can.
But a source told E! News that losing weight comes easily to the VS model. “When Irina had her baby she lost most of the unwanted weight right away,” the source said. “She has great genetics.” She reportedly took about a week off after having the baby, but then she “went hard” with her exercise regime.
“She has done a mix of cardio, weights and eating really clean,” a source said. “She has been working with Bradley Cooper’s trainer as well as a few other fitness gurus that [have] been helping her. Bradley and Irina have many things in common and fitness is one thing. They both work out together and take care of themselves. She has jobs that are coming up that she is contracted for soon, so getting back in top-top shape is a priority.”
Shayk has said that she likes working with a personal trainer, practicing jiu-jitsu and doing barre workouts. She says she can pretty much eat what she wants. But she does watch her calorie intake before the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and big photo shoots.
