Irina Shayk's baby weight came off in record time. Can you spell jealous?

It's almost impossible to believe Shayk gave birth to her daughter, Lea, just last month. There isn’t even a hint of a baby bump!

Shayk hasn’t revealed how she got her body back. But she was extremely fit during her whole pregnancy. Her legs and arms barely gained any weight. But it is hard to understand how her stomach is so flat!

Shayk previously told Women’s Health that she hates cardio and has to find exercises that won’t bore her. So she works with a personal trainer and practices jiu-jitsu four times a week. She also does barre workouts.

Shayk even has a whole exercise routine for when she stays at hotels. She uses tables, the bed, and pillows to help her work out.

“I’m in hotel rooms most of the time, and it can be hard to find a hotel with a nice gym,” she told Vogue. “It was important for me to have a workout I could do in my room.” 

Shayk says she eats what she wants, but likes to stay healthy. “I’ve got great genes to thank for my fast metabolism, but I still have to find a balance between food and workout because when I eat, I really eat!” she told Women’s Health. “Give me a burger, and I’ll follow it up with a piece of cake.”

That said, she always works off the calories. And she pays close attention to her intake if she has a fashion show or shoot coming up.
