Justin Bieber is in the clear. The speeding and spitting charges against the 19-year-old have officially been dismissed by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office. So why did the D.A. still call the “Heartbreaker” singer immature and irresponsible?

Bieber was enemy number one with his neighbors after he was accused of driving recklessly in May of this year. One of the neighbors that accused Bieber of speeding was former NFL star and Dancing with the Stars contestant Keyshawn Johnson who reportedly called the police on the teen.

Bieber’s friend Tyler the Creator actually came to Bieber’s defense, saying he was the one driving on the night in question. "That Was Me Behind The Wheel Of Justins Vehicle. Don't Blame Him. People Are Actually Evil Swearing Up And Down That It Was Who It Wasnt." Tyler tweeted afterwards.

"@f**ktyler all good buddy. i deal with this everyday. thanks though. the baby aint mine either." Bieber tweeted back to his friend while referencing yet another paternity rumor.

So what about the spitting charge? Bieber reportedly spit on a neighbor and yelled "Get the f--k out of here. I'm gonna f--king kill you” after the neighbor got mad at Bieber for speeding (again).

According to TMZ, the charges against Bieber were dismissed because Bieber denied spitting and it was one guy’s word against another. Bieber’s actions were "disproportionate and immature, but since the neighbor had entered the property without invitation, Bieber's actions did not rise to the level of a criminal threat.”

The speeding case was dismissed because it showed that Bieber wasn’t even driving the Ferrari at the time; he was, in fact, behind the car on a motorcycle.

Bieber doesn’t seem to be worrying too much about any of this. The “Baby” singer is currently in Asia on his Believe tour, where he created controversy by having his bodyguards carry him up The Great Wall of China.

Bieber is getting ready to focus on the music, however, and is (finally!) releasing his single “Heartbreaker” this Sunday at midnight. “Sunday Midnight #heartbreaker #MusicMondays #10weeks” Bieber tweeted earlier. We’ll be listening!
