Kylie Jenner didn't just have a plain old cake to celebrate her 19th birthday. After receiving a Maybach from boyfriend Tyga and throwing a big bash with friends in Los Angeles, Kylie was Turks & Caicos bound with sister, Kendall Jenner.
The girls shacked up at a $50 million, 6-acre compound called Pearls of Long Bay Estate, courtesy of Airbnb. The entire compound is over 35,000 square feet of pure luxury with a total of three homes and 23 bedrooms! Each sister and their group of friends stayed at Pearl East, Pearl West and the Lidija House.
Along with the three massive homes, the whole group also enjoyed landscaped gardens, two private pools, an in-pool bar, a 1,000-square-foot gymnasium, an ASBA-certified championship tennis court, a Turkish steam bath, a sauna and an alfresco massage pavilion with an adjacent powder room and outdoor shower.
Throughout the week, the duo and their friends enjoyed jet skiing, massages at the on-site sauna pavilion, luxury island hopping, and noshing on tasty dinners prepared by the estate’s private chef. A personal concierge and butler were also at the group’s disposal around the clock.
To top it off, the Caribbean clan surprised Kylie with a special fireworks show while celebrating on the beach overlooking the Caicos Banks. All through the week, the festivities continued with several poolside dance parties, wake boarding, jet skiing and horseback riding.
Of course, this was a drop in the bucket for the wealthy teens. Kendall and Kylie have become mini moguls. Kendall landed an Estee Lauder contract, does runway shows, social media promotions and more.
Kylie came out with her Lip Kits this year, and they are constantly selling out. Kylie Cosmetics has also come out with glosses and eye shadows and a limited- edition birthday collection makeup bag.
And the duo has worked on joint collaborations together like their own clothing lines with PacSun, Topshop and Steve Madden bringing their individual net worths to $10 million!
