And this may not have been the only time Kourtney Kardashian turned down the chance to get engaged. Sources claim Disick planned to propose to his girlfriend during Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, but Kourtney backed out.
“Kourtney really has been very vocal and told everyone how she does not want to marry Scott,” a friend said at the time. “She does not think their relationship is perfect and is scared of divorce. But Scott’s not happy about her never saying yes to a proposal.”

So what supposedly changed Kourtney Kardashian’s mind about marriage? The latest tabloids claim that the reality star realized she and her children are all Disick has left following the deaths of his parents just two months apart. Scott Disick’s mother, Bonnie, passed away in November, while his father, Jeffrey, died in early January.
The report also states that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick already had their bachelor/bachelorette parties, meaning they are one step closer to getting married. In fact, sources believe the two could tie the knot before sister Kim Kardashian marries her boyfriend, Kanye West. Kimye’s wedding date is reportedly set for May 24, and Kim Kardashian is reportedly upset that Kourtney’s marriage could upstage hers.
“There are rules about that kind of thing,” a source close to Kim said. “If your sister gets engaged before you do, you don't get married before her!”
And while we bet Kim Kardashian is preparing a lavish wedding, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick reportedly want something more low-key. Sources claim the two will only invite their closest friends and family to the ceremony, But that doesn’t mean the nuptials will be cheap. The wedding guests will stay at the exclusive Casa Aramara, which costs up to $30,000 per night.
So far, Kourtney Kardashian has not commented on this engagement rumor. But considering Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have been together for seven years, it may be only a matter of time before they finally decide to get married.
