Miley Cyrus, is that you? Today photos of the “Wrecking Ball” singer went viral after the 20-year-old starlet posted a shocking image of herself without eyebrows on Instagram! That’s right. Cyrus shocked once again during the exclusive unveiling of the Jaguar F-Type Coupe at Raleigh Studio on Tuesday, Nov. 19 in Los Angeles. But this time it wasn't a thigh-high hem, foam finger or barely there top that caught fans' attention. It looked like Cyrus had no eyebrows!
Upon closer inspection, we realized Cyrus didn’t shave off her gorgeous facial hair but merely bleached her brows to a platinum blond hue. In fact, with the singer's flaxen pixie pulled back from her pale face, Cyrus resembled the stunning 53-year-old actress Tilda Swinton. Talk about a compliment!
What made Cyrus' missing eyebrows even more prominent in her photos was her pose alongside supermodel Miranda Kerr. The gorgeous model has very pronounced brows, so the comparison was jarring. Fashion photographer Mert Alas reportedly snapped the photo of Orlando Bloom’s ex, 30, which she then reposted with the caption, “the gorgeous @mileycyrus.”
But the no-brow photos didn’t stop there. Cyrus kept smiling and sticking out her tongue throughout the night when she stopped to pose with a few more friends like Lily Allen. "Let’s burn in hell,” the twerking queen quipped in one of her captions.
Cyrus isn’t the only Hollywood starlet to experiment with lighter facial hair. Kelly Osbourne, 29, reportedly allowed editors to dye her eyebrows for a fashion shoot for the magazine Fault. “@FAULTMagazine p.s my eye brows are still bleached i look like an alien! #bloodyNuts I kinda love it!” the reality star said at the time of her brow makeover.
And while Osbourne loved her lighter facial hair, model Cara Delevingne, 21, expressed her utter dispair when her iconic, thick eyebrows were bleached blond. “My poor bleached brows! I feel lost without them,” Delevingne tweeted. “There’s something missing! ibrows down!”
