Cassandra Lynn Hensley’s untimely death shook up friends, family, and fans on Wednesday. Her autopsy was done on Thursday, and CNN reports that the “determination of the cause of death has been deferred until toxicology testing is completed, Los Angeles County coroner's Lt. Joe Bale said. Lab results usually take several weeks to become available.” Hensley was only 34 years old. Was her death caused by an overdose?

The former Playboy magazine centerfold was found floating in a bathtub in a friend’s Los Angeles home on Wednesday. Law enforcement told TMZ that they were investigating the possibility of an overdose, but there was little suspicion of foul play. Her last tweet — an automatically updated horoscope after she died—was extremely spooky considering the circumstances: “Unspoken obligations prevent you from doing what you wish today ... No matter what you do now, you might not feel completely fulfilled. Working harder isn't the answer, but neither is escape." The horoscope is still updating.

Born and raised in Utah's Salt Lake Valley, Hensley appeared in Playboy as Miss February 2006. According to her bio on the magazine's website, she started modeling to earn some extra cash while studying to be an aesthetician. After placing in the Top 20 in a Hawaiian Tropic contest, she tried out for Playboy. "I'm happy to be a Playmate," she said in her bio. "It's a dream come true."

“Yes, there is life after Playboy. I have been a part of many great experiences," Hensley told Metropolis Nights magazine in December. "Travel shows, magazine covers, and of course giving advice to young impressionable girls who think they need to act a certain way for a chance to be a model." In the interview, the former playmate said, “We should all believe in something, it keeps us young at heart.” Who knew that her passing would be so soon?
