Are Tarek and Christina El Moussa still feuding? Despite reports of tension between the exes, they have been filming Flip or Flop together after announcing their divorce. And they plan to continue their working relationship for years to come.
Tarek and Christina formed Sky High Media last year, before they broke up. But the split did not affect the production company, and its first series, Chi-Town Flip, debuted last weekend. The series stars Chicago-based house-flippers Bryan and Maira Segal, who first met Tarek and Christina at one of their seminars.
While it hasn't always been easy for the now-exes to work together, Tarek knows that they have to get along. After all, they share two young kids together.
"To be honest, it has been tough. And we have had our moments," Tarek told Variety. "But, again, I just keep reminding myself that we are co-parents to two beautiful kids. We owe it to them to be as amicable as we can be. They deserve nothing less."
Tarek and Christina also reportedly have several other series in development. And Tarek is hopeful that they can continue producing together even though they are no longer a couple.
"It’s hard to say right now because we’re just letting the dust settle. But I’m always looking for growth, always looking into tomorrow," he told People. "The future is bright. We’ll see what happens."
"We're good," Christina said to Daily Pop. "We're actually really good. We've been separated for almost a year now, and we've made a lot of progress in our relationship. We're just really focused on the kids."
"I do not hate [Christina]," Tarek told Radio Andy. "For the kids, no matter what — even if I wanted to, which I don’t — I couldn’t hate my ex-wife, well almost ex-wife. … When we go to school activities, sporting events, we will sit right next to each other."
