Victoria’s Secret models Elsa Hosk and Jasmine Tookes have the kinds of bodies that send countless women running to the gym. But the VS hotties aren´t exactly limiting their diets to carrots and celery!

Hollywood Take caught up with the two beauties at a Valentine´s Day Gift Picks event at Victoria’s Secret Herald Square, and they told us they love to indulge in high-calorie meals like the rest of us do.

"I don't avoid carbs," Jasmine Tookes, 25, told HT. "Give me carbs! I love pizza." 

Fellow Angel Elsa Hosk, 27, couldn't agree more. "I don't avoid carbs," she told us. "I have a crazy indulgence that I do a little bit too often. I get a grilled cheese sandwich at Chelsea Market at a place called Lucy's Whey almost every day. It's so good! But if I have an important shoot, I'll cut down on my grilled cheese sandwiches."

So can the VS models eat anything and not gain weight? Nope. For Tookes and Hosk it´s all about balance. 

"I have this rule: If I'm not working I work out every day because it's very difficult for me to work out when I travel," Hosk explained. "It's not a regular schedule, but it also works because if I have the day off, I'll make sure I get two workouts in."

Hosk loves barre, Pilates and stretching. She even does boxing. "It's a pretty hard-core regimen, but I love to eat. So I think it's a good balance," she joked.

Tookes’ exercise regime is a bit different, but no less intense. "I work out three days a week and do a lot of weight training and squats to get my butt nice and tight," she told us. "I also do barre classes. I love working out!"

In fact, many of the Victoria’s Secret models exercise together. "Romee [Strijd] and I are workout buddies," Tookes told us. "We try to go every day. I've even been training her a little bit. She asked me how I get my butt like that. So I brought her over to the gym and showed her how to do squats."

The girls have even taken turns training each other while away on shoots together! "When we travel and are shooting in a really hot place, we'll go to a villa or a room and all do a workout together," Hosk explained. "We had this really fun job in Turks and Caicos where we were there for like five days, and each girl would teach her workout each day."

Each model has a different talent. "Jac [Jagaciak] is really good at abs. I'm really good at butt," Hosk continued. "Being with a group really lifts you up when you're doing the moves together."

And they´re getting ready for bikini season already. Translation? Lots of ab exercises! "Russian twists with a ball are my favorite ab exercises," Tookes said. Hosk prefers planks. She also suggests lifting your legs and arms up one at a time to get your core sculpted and strong.

Elsa Hosk Is Gorgeous And Fun! "I make these amazing Swedish meatballs [for the holidays]," Elsa Hosk told Hollywood Take. "I took my grandfather’s recipe and changed it a bit. Now it’s perfect!"

Even though the VS models admit to splurging on pizza and grilled cheese they try to eat healthy when traveling. "I always have protein bars in my purse," Tookes said. "I feel like it's an easy thing when you're running around and you just want a little pick me up."

Hosk always tries to find places that sell nutritious snacks. "I really like carrots and hummus, apples and peanut butter," she shared. "There are so many juice bars now. You can get a smoothie with avocado and protein powder, lots of fruit and almond milk!"
